Etsy Sales

It's time I got serious about selling my collages.  I've been posting a few things to my Etsy account but not often.  If I'm ever going to retire and keep making art I need to make some money to keep buying materials, and I do keep buying materials.  Some things are so hard to resist,  there is so much potential in the littlest find.  Whether it be at the craft store or the antique store.  A fat quarter or an old pair of earrings can be just what a project needs.

Here's several pieces I thought I'd post this week, thought you might like a peak.  I will also be at the Rockaway Beach Oregon Annual Art Fair on the 21st and 22nd of August at the Wayside.  If you are in the area please come visit.  This is my first Art Fair, I've got the canopy and my honey is making some folding stands, so I think I'm ready.  Hope the weather is good.

These are acrylic paint on artist canvas 8" x 8"  by 1 1/2".   The sides are painted so they will stand alone, do not need to be hung.  I've embellished them with buttons, brads, paper  and the one on the upper left has painted string swirled around.  No titles,  I usually refer to these as my samplers.  I really love working on this size canvas.

I'll get these up tomorrow, please visit my Etsy shop, also at http://www.eloisescollage.etsy.com/

Thanks for visiting.

Back soon.

Wahoo! Congrats on getting in to the Rockaway Art Faire. I don't know if I'll be able to get down that way this year. I have been to it before though and it always seems well attended. Good luck!

Eloise, I just found your blog from the Creative Every Day blog. I really love your art, and am so glad I found you. I am also a mixed media artist who loves collage, dabbling with paint, fabric, and other media. I was so impressed with your fabric collages, and especially like the kimono you made.

Good luck with your Art Fair. I hope you do well. Each day I feature a blog, and since I was so taken with yours, I am featuring it tomorrow (August 8). Sundays are a bit different, because my blog of choice gets its own post. You are a real inspiration and I am so glad I found you and your blog.
