It is really motivating participating in a Challenge.   It forces you to do something, anything, just to have something to post on a given day.  I posted for the first time on WOYWW last week and I received more traffic then on any other posting.  The comments were positive and very supportive.  Which couldn't have come at a better time, I so needed the reinforcing.   But I also found some great sites,  more ideas and some new techniques to try.  But most of all I found more friends.  I'm loven this blogosphere.

Back to WOYWW, here's my current work space, same space as last week but a different project.
I'm working on an Asian themed collage.  It still needs something, not sure what but if I let it sit a couple of days something will pop up that will just be what it needs.  Titled, Compassion.
I just had to share my daughters latest adventure, my youngest is a runner/athlete.  She recently competed in a new event here in the Northwest, it's a Warrior Dash.  It is a 3 mile all terrain running event, with many obstacles,  jumping fire, wading thru waist deep water and crawling over floating logs.  Jumping thru tires and over old cars, and of course the mud pit, sliding and crawling thru the mud.  Yuk! This is also my daughter the clean freak.  Check out her pix after completing this fun (?) event.  It was fun to watch and cheer her on, what can you say, there were 10,000 participants of every age, over the 2 days.   But best of all for the day she placed first in her age group.
We're celebrating her birthday on Friday, I thought we would have a Mud Themed party.

Thanks for visiting.

Back soon.

I am looking forward to seeing the completed collage. It is often the last little bit that clogs up the design least taht is what I sometimes find.

I have NO excuse for being late this week, since I'm #2, but I got distracted by other events and didn't get back until after your daughter's party. Congrats to her big win by the way. I had to laugh at the mud photo. Well worth it, I'm sure.

That Asian piece is gorgeous. I hope you have found the perfect finishing touch by now. Happy WOYWW on Saturday!

Love your work area, and your style/colors are so rich.
The cards are held on to my card holder with spiral paper clips. You can make your own very simple with 18 gauge wire or you can purchase on line.
