Christmas Cards

OK, so my first attempt at Christmas cards didn't go well.  I tried again, just doing what I usually do only leaning more to red and green.  I think I had better luck this time.  What do you think?
The wreath is made of small pieces for papers and trims on green tulle.  A great use of scraps.
All are trimmed with a small red bell and ribbon.  I used individual letter stamps for the words, so they are a little loose.

I want to thank Pam over at Becolorful for making me a featured artist for her Motivated Mondays.  Check out the other artist that she is showcasing this week.

Can't believe it's Monday already.  Such a busy weekend.  My youngest daughter ran a half marathon on Sunday and was so excited,  we all were, she placed 3rd overall, finishing in 1:31.   After running the Portland Marathon last weekend I didn't expect her to do so well this weekend.  But she actually beat her time by 4 minutes.   She trained so hard this year with the hopes of cutting a few minutes off her time and she did it for both runs.  We cheered her on from the sidelines along with her sister.  Her husband and kids were at the finish line to see her cross,  then got to see her on the podium receiving her trophy.

Back to Monday, and work.  Hope you all had a great weekend, and found some time to create.

Thanks for visiting.

Your Christmas cards look great. I especially like the wreath idea. I'm sure whoever receives these cards will love them.
